Company trainingIn addition to our various other martial arts and self-defense training on an individual basis, we now provide company group training. During these training sessions, you will learn various grappling, defense, dodging and punching techniques which will improve your locomotion, physical condition and concentration. You will also notice that your self-confidence and self-discipline will increase. These company trainings are provided in a course of 10 or 15 training sessions. After successful completion of the course, the participants will receive a self-defense certificate. You can also book a single company training session, during the week or at weekends. (For example, company excursions.) The company group training sessions will be given by Ali Akbaba (former Dutch boxing champion and European vice champion Thai boxing.
