BOXING

We work on your stamina, punching techniques and on dodging punches. Training is focused on upper body strength and requires a lot of concentration. After every session you will feel satisfied with yourself; you have given it your all again.

The techniques will be practiced on punching bags and boxing pads. For avid boxers, there is also the possibility to spar against each other.

The boxing training sessions are composed of the following:

  • Greeting
  • Warming up
  • Interval training
  • Strength training
  • Explanation techniques and practice
  • Tactics
  • Play boxing
  • Sparring
  • Cooling down
  • End bow
